Good afternoon, we had Leon, Lee and Luke come out and spend a whole day here cutting down over 37 massive Travellers Palm trees (Leon called them strelitzia’s I think) We just wanted to say thanks so much for the prompt response to our initial call, and the job was completed within the week. Lately I’ve been left hanging just waiting for quotes from Tradies.
The day they guys were here was stinking hot, and they had electrical issues with the picker, but they didn’t complain they just kept on with whatever they could do while they had problems with the picker.
Your quote was by far the cheapest we had had and even the stump grinding was done promptly and we now have over 80sqm extra backyard now, which actually equates to maybe 150 sqm as I would not let the kids anywhere near that messy dangerous part of our yard. And to top it off our neighbours think we are wonderful for getting rid of them. So it was a total win from start to finish a massive THANKYOU to you all and congrats on having the best customer service I’ve come across in along time
